possible to get the Z41 tailcap without McClicky? Just the nickel-plated but with all mechanicals like Z41.

I doubt it, as the OEM surefire tailcap is riveted into place. That's one of the reasons the McClicky is so popular, if anything goes weird, it's a 30 second job to swap it out, without ruining a tailcap button
