4 well-spaced modes, simple operation and 2xAA batteries. This looks like a really nice household / car / backpack emergency light.

A few years back, I bought an E21 for everyone in my family who wanted one. Next time somebody kills one with an alkaleak, this E20 will probably be the replacement.

I'm glad Fenix got rid of the shake-based UI. That never appealed to me.

Yes, it is very close to the BESTSELLING E21. This one-hand operation all through the tailcap is going to make this very attractive to those who were disappointed when the E21 was discontinued.

Memory for last mode used; not sure if it needs time to "set". Reverse clicky low>med>high>turbo
