newbie question - tool for removing bezel rings on SureFire 6P

Please forgive me if there is a sticky on this.

I'm just getting into the flashlight modification arena, been playing around with ar's and the need for a weaponlight basically lead me here.

I have a 6p Defender with a Malkoff M61 and a M952 with an M60, and just picked up a C2.

My question, Is there a tool for the removal of the bezel rings?

Lacking that, is there a trick to removing them with dinging them up?

Overready makes a tool to remove the rings but with the defender the tool doesn't work. Also you might have to bake or boil the head to remove the rings.
