I have an old P3D, and I think the tail switch is going bad. Is it worth sending it in to be fixed (if that is possible), or just buying another new light?

Thanks for getting back to me... I watched the video and the paper clip trick worked, but the inside cover plate seems to be stuck, and I did not want to force it. I sent the form just now.
That was one of Fenix's earliest light. Really neat to see those still in operation out there. There have been many model replacements through the years.
