Mac, I am looking to do an insane aspherical as well. What do you recommend for a driver, and will the aspherical work, or is it too wide. If the aspherical won't work, I still gotta do this!:thinking:

For the Driver you can use either the MaxFlex or Shark or even a Bflex.

Yes you can drive these with a Shark with a minimum of 3 Li-Ion cells 4 would be even better (less heat)

Three in a Mag would be probably useless if you wanted to run them for only a few minutes at a time. The Osrams are the hottest running LED's I have come across.

Oh so would i needing 1 shark for each osram? Or can i use a setup like:

Osrams are 21v each
P7's ar 3.5v

Each device has a spec sheet you should really check them out.
