Love the White Stripes. They really captured the essence of Dylan's masterpiece Isis. (That guy sure has a lot of masterpieces!)
Here is a symphonic cover of Keith Emerson's Tarkus Suite. With a psychedelic light show, drum samples from the original recording, and a conductor giving fist pumps, and jumping up and down, this is not your typical symphonic treatment. If you can handle the frenetic 10/8 time signature, and the deliberate dissonances, you should find something to like. But this is probably not for everyone. Hats off to music director René Bosc.
