Well, due to new family constraints, my reviews will be much more succinct and brief. With that in mind, here is my quick shot review of the Titanium Lanyard Beads, by H3EDC.

Please note, I have no affiliation with H3EDC, the bead was simply provided for review.

I must say, there is not much to say about a titanium bead. The bead itself is made of Grade 5 titanium, whichI believeis Ti 6AL-4V, pretty tough stuff. It's beautifully machined with a rugged bead blasted finish. I believe other finishes can be requested, but you would need to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a run.

The bead is 15mm long and 12mm in diameter. It's bigger than I thought it would be, but is not unwieldy.

The hole for the lanyard is available in three sizes, but any size from 3.5-4.8mm is available, upon request.

The three standard sizes are outlined below.

3.5mm - standard, to fit 2mm accessory cord/spectra cord (4mm approx doubled over)
4.5mm - medium, to fit 3mm paracord with core threads removed (5mm approx doubled over)
4.8mm - extended, to fit full width 3mm paracord (6mm approx doubled over)

There is some text (H3EDC.COM) nicely engraved on one end, but note that the website is not active. The text can be personalized upon request, for a small fee.
There are three bright 3x10mm trits installed around the bead. The fit is amazingly precise, and the Norland work is excellent, very clean.

While the beads are available with Red, Blue, or Green tritiums (from dimmest to brightest), mine had all three colours installed. Green and blue are fairly close in brightness, but the red is MUCH dimmer, so keep that in mind when ordering.

The beads are available here: http://technicalentry.com/products/titaniumtritbead
Pricing is 40 Euro (around $52), with custom text costing an additional 10 Euro (around $13).

There you have it, a nicely made tritium/titanium lanyard bead that can be somewhat customized and personalized.

And now for some pictures!
