I want headlamp for reading,
here are the requirements:
- all flood
- warm white
- usb-c rechargable
- preferably lightweight

Take a look at what Sofirn and Zebralight have. Meeting all of your requirements may be near impossible without a bit of modification.
Sofirn Hs10 in 4000k, with a bit of dc fix on the lens would be my choice, if the USBc charging is key.

Acebeam H16 comes close. Comes with option of 5000K neutral white high c.r.i. Nichia 519A l.e.d. All flood beam, usb-c charging (on battery), and lightweight using 1 14500 battery.

UI tip:
from On, 4 fast clics switches to a Smooth Ramping mode that lets me fine tune the output to get between medium and low.. (instead of 3 Step Ramping).

Enjoy whichever mode changing style you prefer ;-)..
Im on Team Smooth all the way!.. lol

fwiw, I do not install the pocket clip, it interferes with getting the light into the headband.. I just leave it in the headband all the time.. could be nice if there was a clip that worked like this:
