Recommend me an astronomy laser pointer

Looking to spend <$100

Needs to have a clearly visible beam to pointing out stars.

Needs to be green.

Would also be cool if it could pop balloons and do other 'fun' stuff, but astronomy is definitely the primary purpose.

I was considering one of these two from lasers-pointers, but I really have no idea what to get:

If you have the time to wait for shipping I can recommend Rayfoss. I have a 30mw waterproof and the beam is clearly visible even to people 15 feet away. I can barely pop balloons with it too.
