Replacement LED drop-in for G&P G90 9V Incandescent module?

Hello. Recently I was gifted with an old, but unused, Cabelas incandescent flashlight, which uses that module, and runs from 3x CR123.

I want to change that module to something modern, High CRI LED. Also, I don't like idea of 3xCR123 battery, and main flashlight shell is thick enough, so I'll use lathe and enlarge it enough, to accommodate 18650 cell.
So I'm interested in drop-in module, which runs from 1X 18650, will fit into this flashlight and will have HighCRI output at 5000-5500K. I'm not looking at gigawatt powers, so 5-10W of power will be enough for me. I also don't need fancy modes too.

Any ideas?

Unless you also machine a spacer, I'd bore it out to use 2 x 18500s. Much better regulation and takes advantage of the length. Is this a 6p type light?

Agreed on the 2x18500.
Most my P60 lights are in the 2x18500 configuration.
