here you go, an HDS Tactical Rotary with (pic looks like) Raised Button

HDS Rotary can be EDC Tactical (has a unique half Rotary, plus momentary tactical strobe on part of the dial, and momentary maximum on part of the dial),
or HDS Rotaryt can be EDC Rotary (full rotary)
HDS Executive is a Clicky
Rotary does not necessarily mean not Tactical
Tactical does mean Rotary
Tactical Rotary is not the same as EDC Rotary
