I'll take what you have left if my offer was reasonable

FYI, specific requests for offers are against the rules for sellers here .... Thanks for your understanding

I thought that meant you can't post a sale thread requesting an offer instead of posting a sale price. Can you clarify that for me since I do sell from time to time.

What I'm trying to say is you can't post something for sale with just "make me an offer" as the price you're charging?

It was my understanding that as long as everything had an asking price, it's ok to say make me an offer.

Re: FS: Fenix battery, NiteCore light, Sunwayman

Moderation on this has not been super strict, especially recently, but requests for offers from sellers is discouraged.

The rules from CPFMP (which still hold here, since the MarketPlace was folded into CPF) were a bit more clear about this ...

http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/announcement.php?f=123&a=24

See Sellers Rule #3 regarding "OBO" and similar.

This is to avoid posting a ridiculous price, and bumping "for offers" endlessly (not that is what is happening here, but just to explain the reasoning) .

Bottom line is that buyers are welcome to contact seller by PM to negotiate, unless OP indicates price is firm. Sellers are welcome to drop their prices if items aren't moving as quickly as they'd like, but are not to ask for offers.

This helps to keep the MarketPlace running smoothly :)

Thanks for understanding.
