I received my Cyber Weekend 800Lumen UB3T 12/8/14 MON and glad I went with this over the M3LT. I miss my M3LT but the 2 stage switch and 8 level ring are perfect for me. I loaded 17500's in it and they fit and perform flawlessly, Now I feel better. The newer TIR lens setup is very nice, the added spill is just enough in my opinion and doesn't take away from the portable NightSun hotspot. I'm Very happy with the 800Lumen model feel it's a perfect replacement for the M3LT. The 2-Stage trigger is a great add on. Low power setting for close work or short distance but one push and you have max On Tap. Looks like someone at Surefire crossed The U2 and M3LT. It's a good mix. I would have liked a 2-18650 UB3T but 17500's are fine with me
