Torches with programmable operation?

Are there any torches available with programmable functions? It's impossible to find something that has the features and specs I want that isn't also loaded down with a whole bunch of modes or inconvenient methods of operation (I don't need a 5,000lumen thrower that flashes, I'm sorry). With so many of these things having a USB charge port these days, it only seems natural that it could also be used to program them.

The two that come to my mind are the Oveready BOSS and the HDS Rotary or Clicky. There are others, but these are top of the game.

Anduril-based flashlights can be programmed, its code is in the public domain, but a programmer is needed there, no usb.
I didn't go into this much, but this person can help on how to create your own firmware or show the way to go

found firmware manual, still need a usb cable, and a bunch of everything else

No, HDS and BOSS are not programmed by USB cable. HDS is programmed with manual click commands, BOSS by flashings from a computer screen at a certain website.
