would swapping a SSC USWOH with a U2SW0I on a Novatac increase its output?

im still confused about the vf part.. since i know that the H has a lower vf than an I, so what would be the other advantage of using the I-bin with a u2sw0i? would it increase in brightness or have the same brightness but an increase in runtime?? thanks.. :)

I doubt you would notice with your eye anything different other than a slight variation in tint. My U2SWOI didn't look anything like my USWOs. I would keep th lower U bin with the lower vf.

My U2SWOI didn't look anything like my USWOs.

Was that a good thing, or bad?

Aside from seeing someone's Draco more than a year ago, I have no experience with any SSC yet, but have been planning to get some U2's soon. I wasn't aware the tint would be noticeably different. Now I'm wondering which to get.

Going from H to I bin should decrease your runtime, while going from U to U2 should (key word should) increase your output.

As far as tint variation, it's quite rare in my experience that two emitters have indistinguishable tints even if they have the same code.
