Hi there
I need some advice on buying a battery tester for VRLA batteries. Not flooded not AGM not Gel not Automotive.
I only want for this type because UPS systems use them.
I currently have a ZTS MBT-LA2 but I'm not fully satisfied.
To explain: the casing and overall built quality is not that, that i was expected for a professional not a consumer product.
Before 2 days it dropped from about 10cm to the carpet and suddenly gone.
I have sent it already once to the States because i have burnt it because of my mistake.
The problem here is that the shipping that they charge me is about 80US from States to Greece (that was 2 years ago).
If you count and the shipping from Greece to US +the cost of repair is like i bought it again.
So i need it to be some kind of rugged.
I need it to tell me the State Of Charge of the battery, not to be a simple Voltmeter of course.
If it has distributors to Europe it would be kindly appreciated.
I need it to measure-analyze 12V batteries from 2.3Ah to 150Ah if its possible.
I don't want to spent a fortune like Midtronics asks for their products.
Many thanks guys
