what's the best bang for buck 18650 flashlight?

Of the current offerings, Acebeam E70 Mini looks pretty good.

I'd imagine the Convoy S2+ is pretty hard to beat in this sense.
10-15 dollars, and you can have it with basically any driver or emitter, and the quality is really good.

+1 on the Convoy S2+, although I mostly use the 18350 body.

10+ yrs ago the S-Mini was the bomb, I still use mine. Nice tint but the PWM is annoying.
