Ever solve this? I am looking for one too. Why are vendors still saying these are an option! It's frustrating and I'm not keen on spending 31€ to get one from France.

Everywhere is saying it is discontinued and OOS. This is the only place I've found and I am not sure ordering from an unknown source in western Africa will work out... http://light-and-security.com/olight-bt15-s15-body-tube-extension.html
