I'm going to be trimming my collection down as it's grown a bit larger than I want it to be. Starting the process posting up some nice custom Ti lights.
The following general rules apply:
1) Tain 2-Piece Hyperlux. LED upgraded to a 4000K XP-L HI which smooths out all the color aberrations in the flood part of the beam - nice tint from edge to edge. Driver upgraded to a FET DD guppydrv which gives you multiple mode groups to choose from for your needs. The tailcap button has 6 green trits.
Light is in excellent condition as received when I bought it about 6 months back.
(not pictured) - includes small ziplock with replacement o-rings
Price: Withdrawn
2) Hanko modded V10R Ti. Hanko mods include: clip, crenelated bezel, 18mm bored for 18350 batteries w/ metal sleeve to use CR123 or RCR123, cut down single groove battery tube, 18-trit cooling fin. The cooling fin is filled with alternating purple/orange trits. The tailcap is a SOYCD raised 6-trit Ti electronic switch with purple/orange trits. The LED is a 4000K XP-L HI. The control ring has been tweaked for the lowest low possible and re-lubed for an excellent feel.
The condition of the light is very good but carried. There are the typical small Ti marks on the body of the light and I noticed a bit of a mark on the end of the clip. None of these marks are deep and can be easily buffed out.
NOTE: I definitely have some OCD issues, LOL...... After posting this thread I was so bothered by the mark on the clip that I stripped the light and polished up the body and clip to get rid of all the marks. Came out great and I'm upgrading the condition to excellent.
(not pictured) - includes original box/packaging with lanyard and documents
Price: $600 SOLD
To show trits, light is second from the right in picture below.
3) Jeff Hanko 10x10 Ti LF2XT. 10 blue trits around the battery tube. 10 alternating red/blue trits in the 3D tailcap. The LED is a Nichia 219B HiCRI.
Lightly carried. Condition is very good with the slightest of the common swirls that develop on TI lights when used.
Price: $1,000 SOLD
4) Steve Ku Run #3 Ti LF2XT. Running a Nichia 219B HiCRI LED. Includes: rare Moddoo Ti clip, sapphire lens, Hanko modded Ku Ti tailcap with 5 blue trits around the edge, yellow trit in tailcap button.
This light also includes the SOYCD switch upgrade which I had been prototyping. See here: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb...ead-(aka-help-me-find-a-machinist)&highlight=. This mod adds a very nice tactical click touch feel to the button as compared with the more mushy stock switch setup.
Condition is excellent.
Price: $750 SOLD
