If this 100K lumen directed energy weapon does make it into production, and if more are eventually made, I'll probably sign up for one. My RC40vn40 is good enough until then.

Have you considered putting a fan into it, in addition to all the heat-sinking and thick wiring? The Olight X9 will use a fan, so it is certainly possible.

With the vnx2 driver, and set at 1%, this flashlight still is probably around 1000 lumens (I'm not sure if setting it to 1% translates to 1% of the full output.)
