Hi friends. I am very sorry for poor English
My favorite Xeray BarnBurner - died.
Some time ago the Specialty Company regained my battery pack using 12 x NCR18650B
After the upgrade, I enjoyed the lantern just a couple of times.
I turn it 15 ~ 20 minutes.
Charging also be carried out normally.
Later, I removed the battery pack for inspection ...
When I install it back flashlight stopped working.
I suspect that I'm much put pressure on him when installing and damage control board.
Once again, I disassemble flashlight ... and make a diagnosis.
At the contact "P1" is not supplied voltage
I will appreciate any help in solving my problem

Maybe the best thing, I can sell you a bad battery pack (cheaply) you can reuse the PCB in it. We can discuss on PM.

The pack should be wrapped in shrink plastic after rebuilding. Perhaps it was, but I cant assume anything.

I'm not sure what LRD P730 is, but it looks like it could be a fuse or thermal fuse. Check for continuity from B- to the other connection in the bottom left corner.

Also, have you checked each individual cells voltage? Make sure all cells are healthy.

Another alternative may be to buy an aftermarket BMS and use it instead of the existing board, if it is defective.

There is a fuse-able link in the photo it is in the center of the PCB, it has long legs and is white with some silicone or something on it in the photo.
I should have mentioned this earlier.
It is a one use component, once it fails (excessive current from a short or ?) it must be replaced.

Hi guys.
Unfortunately, I received a serious leg fracture in training. And I could not answer right away.
But there is good news!
Thanks to the advice of Den, I have found the problem. Faulty thermal fuse.
Many thanks to all of you for your participation. And especially Den

I have one more quick question.
How many amperes fuse you recommend?

I'm using a 10 Amp fuse in a mod I made with a BB ballast. I think bare minimum would be a 7.5 but it might occasionally blow, especially on a hot re-strike.

Great news that it was the fuse-able link. I am glad I thought to tell you about that, after the other comment made by jasonck08.
I don't know the rating on the "fuse"-link it appears to be rated to 139C but that's not amps directly. Maybe BVH gave the best advice. I would believe 10 amps is best, we use 10 amp circuit breakers on aircraft HID of this wattage.

Yes, I will buy ceramic fuse 10A without problems.
I understand that the specification of the temperature 139 ° C is not decisive
P.S.Also I have a faulty PCB on the battery pack Polarion.
I think I will have to create one more topic)
