What's the difference in weight between brass and copper lights

I don't have the measurements to compare, but technically speaking there will be little if any difference in weight between Brass and Copper in a host of the same dimensions.

Once a light is ready I PM then next person on the list for the light to confirm and arrange payment. In the meantime the list is open so you can see the current progress and if you are on the list from the backups.

Blue Fluorosilicone 0-rings please

I have added o-ring and lens options.
Black is the standard viton o-rings that I recommend.
Green are HNBR, and Blue are Fluorosilicone.

I have also added a Sapphire lens option.

Those on the list, particularly those in blue, kindly make sure your options are up to date.

The design is updated a bit and will have longer threads (10mm instead of 8mm) to give the threads more surface area and fill the space between the end of the threads and the pill.

sigma ,- you mentioned darker blue o rings; are these the same as the lighter royal blue flurosilicone ones?.
if not, could my light have all light blue flurosilicone then?.

seems tougher and my naughty son likes scratching lenses so i thought i best.

A good question.
There are several threads on this (google "sapphire lens" within CPF.)
Lots of opinions and very few hard (!) facts, as you might expect.

That said, sapphire seems to be the way to go for watches -- stronger, does not scratch easily.
It may be more a matter of prestige for a flashlight, but this is debatable.
McGizmo uses sapphire for his creations......
