Specs look good, overkill for sure. It's for industrial use. Probably costs more than the original unit :) Did you original light have the driver in an enclosure at the back of the light? This driver is already a sealed unit and may not fit in that enclosure. Double-check the dimensions...- cronus

I agree completely, it's an unacceptable workaround for me too. Also, I was hasty to say it is a workaround, because it may still occur in that mode, just not occurred yet. Since I EDC this, I have to have the green LED off. The green flash is too bright for use at night as a bedside light.
