    The Official Zebralight Thread

I have a SC52w L2, a H32w and a SC62w which arrived two days ago. SC52w is my favourite in terms of tint, but, overall, I like the SC62 more because of the runtime. Except for the H32w, the other two have a rosy tint which is very pleasant for my eyes.

    Where to buy SC52w L2 ?

Thank you Stefano! I got SC52w from another site, but I got a H32w a month ago from Nkon. Very nice headlamp! And cheap too. In fact the price is the same that Zebralight lists on its own site! Yesterday I've received my brand new SC62w from Nkon. I like it best! So, thank you for your advice!

    Flashlight for unprotected 14500

Hi! I want a 250+ lumens flashlight that can handle an unprotected 14500 battery. Protection for battery is a must. No variable rings. (I already have SC52w.) 100$ Thanks!

SC52 - anyone else not like the bright clip

Long version here! It fits and looks very good! I got two of them just in case.

SC52 - anyone else not like the bright clip

No, you don't need to do that! I put it the way it is and it fits very nice. I was wondering if it would be better (or safer, or anything) to flatten that rounded area. I was thinking about not to damage the screws. Maybe somebody who knows better will post a reply.

SC52 - anyone else not like the bright clip

I have just received the clip from banggood. I noticed that the area with the screw holes is not flat but rounded. I wonder if it is better to flatten that area before put the clip on. What do you think?

    Xtar SP1 undercharging

After I finished reading the post in your link I ordered a Xtar SP1. It has arrived already and i have used it to charge 14500 and 18650 cells. I measured the voltage it applies to cells at CV stage and it is 4.19V. At rest, the cells have between 4.15-4.17V. I am very pleased with it! Thanks!

    Xtar SP1 undercharging

I have just finished reading the thread in your previous link (about "overcharging a cell at less than max voltage"). Very interesting! I was wondering where is HKJ's post in that thread... Now I see you put the right link. I'll keep on reading! Thanks!

    Xtar SP1 undercharging

I got some issues with a JetBeam charger and sent it back. Now I'm looking for a Li-ion charger (max 2 bays). I was thinking that Xtar SP1 would do ... A friend of mine has one but he keeps telling me that it undercharges all his Li-ion cells. When set to 3,6V the max voltage applied to cell is...

jetbeam i2 pro and eagletac 18650 issue

I have just received the new charger and same issue. It does not charge my Eagletac 18650. It seems that the battery has a problem but I know too little about this stuff in order to understand it. Can anybody help me?

    Zebralight SC52 Owner's Thread

I can see that the holes are on a curved surface but I think I'll be able to flatten it somehow. Do you mean that the whole clip is curved in such a manner that it is useless (i.e. no pressure between the clip and the head of the flashlight)? From your post it seems that this was the reason you...

jetbeam i2 pro and eagletac 18650 issue

I have the charger in the title and till now it was ok. This morning I put an EagleTac 18650 (3400mAh) in it to charge it. Nothing happened. The LEDs that were supposed to lit up did nothing. It was as if the channel were empty. I changed the channel ... same result. I checked the battery and it...

The clip is really way too tight, thick and stiff. This is why I have ordered this . I hope it will fit.

    Zebralight SC52 Owner's Thread

Thanks for the answer. I have just realized that it works with flat top 14500. I have some unused unprotected 14500 IMR and I put one in the light to see what happens. Seems that those U-shaped contacts at the head are raised enough to touch the positive pole of the cell. And with IMR cells it...

    Zebralight SC52 Owner's Thread

My SC52w L2 arrived yesterday. I got a great NW tint. No green or orange at all ... just beautiful. It is better than my E03 NW which was my favourite till now. The UI works perfectly. Anyway, when I insert the battery (14500 or eneloop) and screw the tailcap it has a short flash. I think it...
