Elzetta- The industry's best kept secret.

RI Chevy: I was so not aware of that, just tryed it out and it works great and not much rattle at all. Must find the runtime graphs on this set up. Thanks! : )

Elzetta- The industry's best kept secret.

Looking so much forward to the Alpha but meanwhile beeing satisfied with the bravo and Charlie, although I would prefer cool White for the AVS. 1. Would you dare modding Another LED to your AVS-head? I mean would you have to sacrifice some of its reliability? 2. Am I the only one hoping for...

Elzetta- The industry's best kept secret.

Now I have had some outdoor use of the earlier Malkoff 235 lumen vs the new AVS-head. And for my personal use, outdoors and EDC the earlier setup is much better. The new head is larger and heavier and puts out more lumens, but the 235 lumen version although not new is more then sufficient. 235...

Elzetta- The industry's best kept secret.

Today I recieved my Elzetta 3-cell and the new head of 900 lumens. Reading the Review above I understand that the new version does not compete with the old one that I also have, because if I understand it correctly the runtime of the old high 2-cell was usefull for about 7-8 hours and the new...

Armytek --- Not a Canadian Manufacturer

I am not sure of the definition of a "Canadian Manufacturer". But with that said, Armytek seems interesting and builds good flashlight, according to the Reviews I have read. But Canadian they are not, and using the Canadian flag they should not. Because its a bit misleading. :)

    New Foursevens Burst Mode Lights

This is whats Henrys has been talking about quite some time, lucky me beeing a fan of them both. With that said how will the runtime be affected? Lets say using the light only 2-3 minutes each time? I guess the burst will drain the battery faster, or? Would be appreciated to be able to turn the...

Overall quality: LED, build, customer service: Fenix, Eagletac or Nitecore ?

I would rate them Fenix first, then EagleTac and last NiteCore. However I would put 47`s first or alongside Fenix. The reasons are, the excellent clip, the UI and the simplicity of design, the quark tactical are great lights (dont like the preflash though), the Fenix TK series are great...

Mini Review - first impressions - Four Sevens Preon Penlight

Thanks for the Review. How does this compare to the Preon 2, I mean how does this light fit in with the Preon 2? As its not a replacement as I have understood it.

New SF Models, what to replace F04 diffuser with?

So one of the most usefull things, the SF diffuser cant be used on the new E2DL, EB1 and the E1L. Whats else out there? Olight I know have a few, will they fit? Thats for a bezel that is about 1,1".

    Surefire e2dl ultra

Yesterday my E2DL arrived, also in the photo the EB1, the photo gives the false impression that the EB1 is slightly larger in comparison then it is. I do Think the EB1 is slightly more greenish, but its beamprofile is smoother, and the percieved difference between 200 lumens and 500 is really...

    Magnetic Control Ring Popularity

I have had one light with magnetic Control ring, a Sunwayman. I just percieve them as more complex then regular lights and I`ll try and stay to KISS, keep it simple stupid. And the major dawnfall, I really like/need to be using my lights with gloves. Thats my personal reasons for not using the...

    Surefire E1L - 2013 model

Where are you getting This information about the new E1L, is it official from SF? Was it displayed at Shot Show? Edit: Oh, found some info about it. Looking for a new 1 x CR123, 4 hours of output, would be more interesting then the Eb1. And nicer knurling. = )

    Surefire L1 still relevant?

Although the L1 wasnt perfect, its surely in my opinion was one of SF best lights ever. Why the production was stopped I dont know, should have been upgraded instead. I has competition, but yes still relevant.

I have been watching this and the other HDS thread for quite some time, I own 2 HDS Legacy where one of them have got a upgrade to a XPG-2. Outstanding lights Worth every penny.
