Is there any way to install a McClicky or something similar in a Z31? I’m not sure, but I think it’s a Z31 tailcap. For the Z41, there’s the McClicky, which is easy to install. What are the options for even older SureFire lights?

How do you replace it if you have a worn out boot?
The 18650 gets bigger and bigger and doesn’t fit in al lights. It should be very good with a thread where we can share measurements. I have a couple of times bought batteries that have to large diameter for the light.
I’m about to buy some new 18650 and are interested in diameters for high...
I decided for Surefire 6P and C2, both with Malkoff M361-LMH and 16650 batteries. Now I’m drinking beer and hoping for a major power failure ;-) A smaller light would probably be better but this is what I felt for bringing. What light do you bring for hotel weekends in towns?
I have two E2E that I want to upgrade with LED. Are there any other options then Lumens Factory?

I don’t want to change the head only lamp module.
Just bought these two Surefire and waiting for delivery. They should be new and unused. I don’t know so much about the flashlights. Anyone have some more information for example age?
Just received a new C2. If I compare with my 6P it doesn’t have the inside battery lip and the surface look a little bit ruff. Can this be original from factory or have anyone machined away the lip? The inside diameter is not bigger it’s just a rougher surface nearest the head. Can you compare...
I have given my father’s flashlights a second life. Changed to 100 lumens led bulbs and new batteries. Still crappy flashlights but good for use indoors if power failure. I like to fix old gear.
