    Yes, you should be concerned, if you have a fresh battery and if you’re using a DMM. That’s way too high. Switch things around, changing one variable at a time. Chris

    12.6v vs. 9.0v would be the difference, assuming that it normally takes 3.2v CR123s. Chris
