How do these rate? Made by Seiko / Ablic - Made in Japan. Any brand better in the 5000-5500mAh?

I can't speak to that exact model, but I have some older Orbtronic 3400 mAh 18650 cells, based off of Panasonics (purchased November 2014). Those still works fine.
For protected cells, Keeppower is my main go-to brand - if I can find them locally.

If capacity is what you're after, there is also Nitecore NL2160HP and Fenix ARB-L21-6000. Both protected 21700, 6000 mAh (I only have the older 5000 mAh versions of both cells, came included with various lights).

This one is news to me, but I have several Orbtronic cells and they are all top notch. They are the only stateside brand I like to get. Otherwise I get Sanyo/Panasonic authentic from reputable sources.

I'm gonna have to get one to try. Although with a protection circuit I would not expect it to fit a Zebralight. My Armytek or Malkoff should work.

The protection circuits are generally made by Seiko.

The base cell is generally Sony/Murata or Sanyo/Panasonic.
