    That is a one cell light, 18350 ([email protected]) / CR123. Some other lights like the S2R Batons use an 18650 or two CR123 cells. I would avoid the double CR123 configurations as they might explode in your mouth. Any other models, tell me and I'll look in my database.

    There are few electrical failures, only mechanical failures that break or short circuits. After a while you realize that most problems are. likely the cell or the connections to it. These are the ones made by hand and subject to abuse.

    There is always some basic law they can charge you with if you mess with cops. Interfering with governmental functions, loitering,... In any case if some cop brought a case to the DA and showed him/her the little winky light they would be laughed out of the office.

    Ohio says you can have any color light you want on your vehicle, but it must not flash. Any color flashing, illegal -- with an exception for turn indicators and brake lights.

    It all ways comes down to intentions. You can wear a hat that says police -- just as long as you don't use it to pretend to be a cop. The vehicle code doesn't apply to you unless you have a VIN plate stapled somewhere. :cool:
