    I purchased a Nitecore MT20A because it is compact, base activated, uses standard AA batteries, and provides me with all the various light modes I require. This is not to say I won't buy other LED flashlights in the future. ;)

    I combine various CV exercises with different progressive resistance exercises to achieve a balance between strength and endurance that works best for older people. It's called curcuit training. Leave hypertrophy training to young folks... I was an intermediate body sculptor in my prime. :)
