I’m well. Work all the time still but who doesn’t. Have a bunch of stuff I’d like to get rid of but hate to come back just for that. I sell on another forum I’m on. Glad to see some familiar faces!

I’m only about 250 right now. I blew up another elbow and had 3 surgeries in November but I’m healed up and working out again and doing good. I was 302 after surgery.
