I recently had a chance to supply a fairly rare light to my friend and fellow member Monocrom. He offered to pay however I really did not need the cash and would rather trade for anything interesting. At the time he had nothing I wanted however I suggested I go ahead and send the light and he could just get me back later. He knows my style by now and I was not in a hurry. He was vigilant and kept his eyes open for something I may like and a few short weeks later a package arrived on my porch.

Inside were two very nice lights that were just my style and it was a more than fair trade. It was kind of neat to just be surprised and leave the choice up to him. He came through with style and for anyone interested in future purchases from or to Monocrom do so without worry as he is a class act. Thanks again Monocrom and I have the smaller of your two gifts on my keychain now.

Oh no, he's grumpy. He's also a prince, but he is definitely grumpy.

Yeah he has a touch of grump however after a certain age it really becomes standard procedure..... plus he has to deal with New York life daily so I kind of understand.

I cannot confirm nor deny the rumors of any non-grumpiness.

Can confirm that this is the 2nd time in less than 24 hours that my absolutely terrible timing has reared its ugly head! Literally just found this thread a minute ago. (Always clicking on the New Posts option. Yet somehow missed this one.) Thank you, Robo; and everyone else for the kind words. All of it is greatly appreciated. A few days late on my part, but greatly appreciated. So, with respect and lots of love, I'd just like to say.... Get off my lawn!
