Mystery steel ?
Some sort of coating ?
60/55HRC ? ( Is the coating 60/55HRC or is the steel 60/55HRC ? )
150 Slice fail with a rolled edge ( wood stropped back strong )

I hate coated blades ( ooops , hate is a crime in Australia ) .......... I really dislike coated blades COS , is the coating hard or is the steel hard ? A 150 slice roll @ 18/19 degrees would suggest that the steel is some what unRemarkable .. ( Some what ? ) . Yeah ...... The blade steel is ? At this price point I can't call the knife a RIP & I can't say anything really positive either . Perhaps one to avoid , or invest that $20 in a Burger ?

Yeah , burgers are hitting $20 bananas here in Australia ... A few years ago they were $10 ... Now they are $15 to $20 . Not much inflation in Australia if you listen to the politicians ! ( If you listen to the politicians ? ) I listen to my ( screams in pain ) wallet !

I bought a coffee and an apple turnover today $18 from a bakery. That’s it I’m done with these rip off prices. They can keep their inflated food prices and I’ll go hungry……until I get home.

Hungry Jacks has a $20 burger apparently !
Going to Southland ( Major shopping center ) , they charge like $40 for a very ordinary burger ! ( A friend payed for one Cos I fixed his computer ) .
Butt .... seriously ? $40 for a burger ! Who the hell pays $40 for a very ordinary burger ? Does it taste better cos it costs more ?

Take away is quickly becoming something Super Special . And I can't afford Super Special ! Even CrapDonalds is becoming over priced as is the Chicken Colonel ... ( KFC ) Low inflation in Australia ........ ( cough / cough / cough ) Even the local bread shop has gone from 60c for a skinny stick to 90c in the flash of an eye . That's 50% inflation , not 5% inflation ! If people keep voting ( Labor / Liberal / Greens ) Australia will very quickly become a 3rd world country !
I mean , we are a 2nd world country ! Not a huge drop to 3rd world ! ( Way to go Politicians - Good Job = Not ! )

Why do I say that ? By the number of beggars hanging around ! ( The more beggars you have , the further down the toilet U are )
And I dare say the issue is pretty much Global , low standard of politicians . ( 5c off opinion )
