I prefere moosberg but im poor lol
I learned my shotgunning skills as a youngster with a Mossberg 3-shot bolt action .410. I eventually traded it (and perhaps something else) for a Mossberg 500 slide 12 Ga. Actually it was the Revelation-branded version of the 500 sold by Western Auto. The only gun store in my small town was operated on the second floor of the local W.A. store, and it probably sold for less than the Mossberg branded model. Poor, yeah, I had no money, but they were great shotguns.

I can tell you that once you get pretty good at pass-shooting doves with a .410, when you move up in bore size, everything seems easy!;-)

I know a competitive skeet shooter, it's all about the custom loads of the 12ga shells.
more specifically, how fast or slow the powder burns.

He doesn't have fancy metal work on his shotguns though
