I'm sorry but you need to be realistic. It's a Solarforce.
It's a bit rare, but not very collectable.
Also, just because something is rare; doesn't mean it's valuable if the demand for it doesn't exist.
Less than original retail.

Honestly you might find a buyer for around $50. If the light came with cells they will be passed their usable dates and should be replaced. Its outdated technology with no real collectors market. Add the cost of shipping and your lucky if you break even.

Well, I’d rather just keep it, because it is a beautiful light. There would be no way in hell I’d take $50 for it.
No, not $50, but I bet you'd take a tall glass of ice water for it.

Yeah, I've got a number of basic SolarForce lights. They're rather uncommon, but I would never call them rarities that are collectible. Perhaps in 50 years. But likely not even then.

The original retail was ~130USD in 2013. It is a ~2200lm light. You get today a Sofirn SC33 with 21700 LiIon for ~40USD, the Sofirn makes ~5000lm at max.
Maybe someone is willing to pay for your S2200 this $40. At the end it is a Solarforce flashlight, and not a highly rare flashlight.

Solarforce was originally created for folks who really wanted a SureFire 6P.
But couldn't afford the real thing. It looked close enough, build quality was somewhat decent. And, you could use them as cheap hosts for modding a flashlight together.
Seen guys toss their old Solarfoce lights up on eBay for laughably high prices, and of course no one is buying. In terms of performance today, WarriorOfLight hit the nail on the head.
