I hope I'm through buying flashlights for a good while now....., but the BATTERIES. Has anyone had any good experiences with industrial batteries? I got some energizer industrial on the way in c, aa, and aaa.

The early ones could focus similar to a minimag.
Only thing I didn't like was how much resistance the tailcap switch took to turn it on.

Mine has a streamlight scorpion bulb in it. If the bulb keeps falling out just bend the pens a little.

I have a 6 volt magcharger hologen bulb I thought about putting in mine. I don't know for sure if it will fit though, but if it does I would like to get two 3.2 volt lifepo4 rechargeable batteries to also put in it. There are also 3.7 volt options of the same batteries, but I don't want to overdrive it too much. I think 6.4 volts will make the bulb last longer. What do you think bykfixer?

Are the bipins too big on the magcharger bulb?

Too big and they gap between them is way too wide. G4 size if I recall correct.

Streamlight Scorpion bulb is G2 and you can not use G4 bulb in Scorpion without any modification.
You can use Streamlight TL-3 G2 bulb in Scorpion with pair of 16340 for short burst because Scorpion lens is plastic.

I don't have a scorpion but I a brinkmann x6. Bykfixer said he has a scorpion bulb in his x6 and I was wondering if I could do that without any modification.

There is no G4 adapter but if you buy Streamlight TL-3 bulb will work in your brinkmann without need of adapter and brightness is almost same as Magcharger bulb.
Streamlight TL-3 bulb is similar to Brinkmann bulb but higher voltage and brighter.
