Looks like 4000mAh will be the go to 18650 battery for the foreseeable. The latest sample to arrive is from Enook, and they are on the butto, actual tested capacity 4084mAh.

I’ll look at my 18650’s as my memory seems they are in the 3000mHa range and darn if they don’t last forever so it seems.
