Yes, Keeppower uses the Sanyo 16650 cell, check out HKJs review of the cell, Illuminationsupply sells them.

Be aware that 16650's are charged to 4.3 volts for best performance.

I just picked up a AWT IMR 17670 and it fits inside all my e2e's. the newest one was a bit of a squeeze near the tail, but all the others fit fine.

Some E series take 17670, I think it depends when it was made. Some E series do, some don't. Is hard to say which E series.

Aweite is the company name. it's a chinese company specializing in batteries for e-cigs. I just got one off eBay to try it. it's only a 1400 mah, but that was expected to be lower than others since its IMR. I can't speak yet to quality though, as it just arrived today, and I don't have it into a rotational light yet ... I was mainly just looking for an IMR...

I've been hoping for an imr 17670 for years. Wish it was AW but it's still good someone is finally making them.

I've been using an Efest ICR 16650 in my original G2 for a while now. It fits great with no rattle. I have an XP-G drop in in it, so can't speak to it's performance with incandescents, but so far it is working great for me.

On HKJ's review of the KP16650 2000 mah Sanyo cell, I think he found only a small loss in mah (~80) by charging to 4.2V. The current KP 16650 is claimed to be 2500 mah - haven't seen HKJ test it yet, but the last test seemed pretty accurate.
