All,
If the button is difficult to press, please contact us directly so we may help you get the problem fixed. We do not offer customer support through public forums - we offer customer support to individual customers that contact us directly.
If the button becomes difficult to operate, the battery case should be replaced.
It is actually rare that a button sits perfectly flush with the end of the flashlight. Although most lights will tail-stand, they will not sit flat. They all tend to wobble - some worse than others. We are working on an improvement in the design to reduce or eliminate the wobble. If tail standing is very important to you, you might want to consider purchasing a EDC strong diffuser, popping out the diffuser lens and putting the diffuser on the tail.

Henry,
There is a simple fix to the wobble as one of the members here have advised. I have done the "fix" myself and I can say the switch feels so much better now and the light sits FLAT without any wobble.
As outlined:
While screwing in the tail cap, push down on the button to expel any air that may be trapped in the switch.
This may sound simple, but it works!
