I have finally purchased the MBS 450. I have established a plan to build a DIY battery and am currently gathering information regarding the UXL 75 XE lamp.

Is it still possible to find an adapter to assemble this lamp into a Maxa beam?

The photos show high-capacity camping batteries that I have personally designed, wired, and manufactured (or am currently manufacturing).

(I plan to utilize these manufacturing skills to build the Maxa battery!)

Yes.

The high-capacity 21700 battery and DCDC converter to power my Maxa have arrived.

I'm currently drawings for the battery case, and it will be manufactured from aluminum.

The next goal is to replace the front cover glass.

Quartz glass has superior transmittance compared to borosilicate glass.

Additionally, my plan to apply an AR coating to reduce reflectivity.

Furthermore, i will improve the beam pattern by making the lamp support located in the center of the glass approximately 30% smaller.

There is a lot of work ahead for this project. It is also impossible to know how much will be invested.

Currently, numerous parts are arriving, ranging from as little as $1 to over $100, and I must draw the blueprints myself to apply each and every one of them.

Unfortunately, since I cannot put my main job on hold to work on this project, it could ultimately take more than 6 months.

Just because it takes a long time does not mean I am abandoning this project.

I already have Maxa Beam in my hands, and if I were to abandon this project, I would simply be wasting about a over 1000 dollars.
