I don't measure current readings often anymore. I just send everything to Justin for output numbers as that's what people understand and like more.

XHP70 has XML2 dies which are more floody and brighter
MKRs has XPg2 Dies which are more throwey but could be less bright as less current

Does that mean the PDT option is available on the XHP70?

XHP70 has what looks to be 4 XML2 Dies
MKR and XHP50 has what looks to be 4 XPG2 dies

for the K60vn I think the MKR shaved Dome might throw more than the XHP70 shaved dome but I have not tried it.

After conversing with vinh, it makes it quite warm and not preferred unless that's what your wanting.

I believe the shave on the CW version brings it to a nice neutral without too much actual kelvin change, but shaving the 5000k "NW" bumps the kelvin swing even more and "I think" it has more of an effect... If that makes sense.

As for effect on lumens I don't know, but generally lumens drop with more warmth.

K40 is never obsolete! This will only throw about half as much! I'm certainly keeping mine!
