Lifepo4 Low Capacity Flat Cell Source?

Hi,

Looking for a lower capacity (500mah to 1000mah) Lifepo4 battery in a flat, ala Lipo style, cell. I can find large capacity cells like in the 10amp hour plus jumbo size or lower capacity cells in round AA styles but nothing in a small flat cell.

Anyone seen anything like that for sale?

Picked up some tiny sony 110 mAh from electronic goldmine awhile back, but looks like they are sold out.

What I'm actually looking for is a low mah capacity 3.2v Lifepo4 battery in a flat cell style. Not sure if anyone is making them or not yet.

VegasF6 - No problem, I appreciate your help and the links for the Lipos. I do use a lot of Lipos and was not aware of the sources you provided. Always good to have another source for Lipos!

Vinniec5 - Thanks for the response. I do have a few of those coin cells but they not quite what I'm trying to track down. I think the coin cells are a type of Lithium Ion not the newer Lifepo4. Thanks for your help though!

Smallest single cells I've seen are at batteryspace, down to 2.1Ah, but I know hobbyking has some complete batteries as small as 3s 700mAh, so the single cells must be out there.
