Looking to get in contact with milky. I have an at least 15 year old L1 that he modded and would like to bring back up to modern standards. Anyone have contact information or does he still lurk around.
Guessing you weren't around back when Scott screwed over a bunch of CPFers and cheated them out of their money, and flashlights they sent to him; to mod. And, no; he's not still around after having cheated so many members who trusted him.Looking to get in contact with milky. Holy poop No. Guessing my ML1 will be staying as is and I will buy something else. It really is. I got my last Milky-modded light about 6 months before Scott betrayed everyone's trust. Had you asked me back then who would be the one modder on all of CPF to NOT turn against us. I would have said Scott. I legit would have. In a heartbeat.Holy poop No. Guessing my ML1 will be staying as is and I will buy something else. That’s a shame
I haven't seen anything of Tana in a few years, but then again you never know when they'll decide to pop back in.How about @Tana as an alternative ?
I'll try to post few options for each model to give an idea of what can be expected in performance and price range.

Tana is back on facebook (Tana Workshop) at least and doing business as a modder, but the new customs/shipping regulations have been cutting into himI haven't seen anything of Tana in a few years, but then again you never know when they'll decide to pop back in.
I know one member who went awol. Then one day out of the clear blue he showed up wearing platinum bars;^)
Sir, your reputation for quality precedes you. No formal introduction is necessary! Glad you are here. Regards.I wonder what would be the best way to re-introduce myself on CPF after years and years of being away from this place. So much changed, though.
Great to see you return @Tana !I wonder what would be the best way to re-introduce myself on CPF after years and years of being away from this place. So much changed, though.
Was definitely around here 20 years ago and back again. Would like to see what you could do.I wonder what would be the best way to re-introduce myself on CPF after years and years of being away from this place. So much changed, though.
I have a few L1,s he modded. Really great useful lights. Very sad what happened. I've been gone a long time and didnt see that drama. I'm sure someone else here could help you out.Looking to get in contact with milky. I have an at least 15 year old L1 that he modded and would like to bring back up to modern standards. Are you referring to Milkyspit? I think that was his name. When did that happen? I was in contact with him some time ago about having some drop in's made but he didn't seem that interested in taking on the project.Guessing you weren't around back when Scott screwed over a bunch of CPFers and cheated them out of their money, and flashlights they sent to him; to mod. I think Scott moved on from that. Scott started working on something else roughly around 2014. He got me in also, and I made a lot of money in a few years. The gig ended for me around 2018. I'm not sure how much longer Scott stayed. I haven't really kept in touch since then but it's safe to say he's likely not all that interested in doing modding any more. If I recall when he did mod it took up a lot of his time relative to what he earned. Are you referring to Milkyspit? I think that was his name. When did that happen?
