Recently I purchased a couple Malkoff drop ins.
I have a few of the Solar Force bodies and the cheap drop-ins stopped working after the slightest abuse.
Well in a moment of rage at work. While trying to climb out of the ceiling through a 12" access panel.
I slammed my light to the ground.
bezel bent hard and lenz shattered.
The button top on my 18650 battery smashed into the battery.
the light clearly didn't work.
I took it home removed the Malkoff drop-in and put it into another Solar Force body with. Ew battery and it worked.
Impressed is an understatement. you can see the concrete trough the cut in the tile I threw this light so hard at the ground.
Malkoff Drop-Ins are monsters. I'll never buy anything else.
