Today, I reinforced the lines carrying high current.
As I mentioned last time, honestly, I have no complaints about the performance of the Maxa Beam.
However, I have now figured out a way to overclock the Maxa Beam to operate at over 100W of power, and I reinforced it because I felt that some of the PCB patterns were too thin in comparison and were not effective for current transfer.
3030 size cooling fan. It is scheduled to be installed on the rear.
The reason the reinforcement wiring was routed toward the bottom of the PCB was to reduce interference from the top of the PCB regarding airflow for cooling.
As previously mentioned, all solder used is Mundorf Silver Gold Supreme Solder.
It is a premium solder containing a large amount of silver and copper, offering excellent electrical conductivity. It is suitable for maxa beams.
