NEBO BAT LIGHTS 1500

I had started a thread a few weeks ago, asking for info about the above lights

I got a hold of 1 and have found it to be a worthwhile flashlight, in its category

As some of you have seen, in some of my past pictures, once I find a flashlight that I like, I many times purchase multiples, especially if I feel it could be discontinued

Wife has hers, so hers is missing, and 1 will be returned to my friend that let me "barrow" one he had

So, 8 NEBO's later...........

I am including a picture, so you can understand the sickness that I live with

Of course the bat light is illegal to own in CA. Nebo refuses to send, however, I see a few on the bay ($50-60) Although not sure if eB will block sales to me.
What was your source for Nebo?

All the really good stuff is banned in CA. Why don't you move to Florida? They have beaches, waves, women in bikinis, and you can actually buy and own good stuff. Did I say they have women in bikinis? :drool:

Believe me FL has crossed my mind () more than once. Possibly up in the panhandle somewhere would be safe from hurricanes.

Appears I can order one from Sportsman's. There's a store located few miles away. I can mark in-store pickup. Haven't yet placed order, lookin for newbie discount code

Believe me FL has crossed my mind () more than once. Possibly up in the panhandle somewhere would be safe from hurricanes.

The panhandle...of Florida?! I don't think so. You'd need to go closer to the panhandle of Oklahoma to be safe(r) from hurricanes, but even then, a storm system that powerful can spin off tornadoes far inland. But on the brighter side, you'll be safer from Gavin Newsom! That's a MAJOR PLUS! Then there is the relative lack of earthquakes, mudslides, wildfires, lower risk of tsunami, women in bikinis, women in bikinis...oh, and women in bikinis! :clap:

@RWT1405. Have you tried running 6ea L92 Energizers in a bat?
The 1.5v lithiums have gotten so dang expensive, I'll probably use white Eneloops.

After testing with the included AlkaLeaks, the ones I am using run nothing but Energizer Lithiums

Yes, a typo, they are AA

And yes, Sportsman Warehouse is legit, I've used them many times before these, never have had a problem with them

Thank goodness that's a typo. There's a few videos that verify AA.. Mine is due for arrival on Nov 3 (if the store allows me to purchase it;-)
