new keychain light recommendations?

I highly recommend the Jetbeam JET-U. Fantastic for keychain carry once the clip is removed. Bezel doesn't rotate easily. Which is good since you're not likely to accidentally switch it on in a pocket. Works off of one AAA rechargeable, or alkaline battery.

Thanks. I just had a look at a bunch of these square Nitecore lights. They look very neat, but my keys are so small I think adding a square light would not make sense. If it was the car key, I'd go for it, but for 2 small house keys I think either sticking with AAA or maybe Nitecore Tipi would be the way to go.

I'm running a Nitecore Tini 2 on my key ring and while square it's quite small and has excellent feature.

Finish doesn't seem to hold up as a keychain light but works fine and uses Eneloop.
