Hello, I bought this light for my LE duties about 18 months ago, seemed perfect for my job, the battery would flatten after a couple of days so I stopped using it and 6 months ago bought a replacement battery but still runs flat, I emailed the seller in Singapore (I’m in Australia) but they just told me to unscrew the back when not using! Any ideas as to what could be the problem and any fix? Thanks for any ideas.

Sounds like an issue with the driver or the electronics. Try contacting them through their website.

Your best bet will be to contact Nitecore, directly.
I have the P10ix, but haven't noticed the issue you've mentioned on your P20ix.

Thanks, I’ll try to find an electronic repair shop in Melbourne to look at, it wouldn’t be worth it shipping to the states for repairs.
