Power out

I assume most western family in power outage region would have at least one car(power outage seldom occurs in skyscraper-zone/dense population zone)
Car charger could be good in case they dont have a generator.

Oh well, that's true too. Haven't thought about it before, but now I'll keep that in mind, cause I got a hobby-charger which can use car battery as power source. Could be very useful, considering my cheapo DX 3*XM-L light can also use A123 18650's (which take just 15-20 minutes to charge, even less if they have some juice remaining in them) :P

My power seems to stay on most of the time but when it does go out I think of buying a generator. I have a coleman lantern to light the house also some maglites that I ceiling bounce

My power went out for 10 minutes yesterday. Ten glorious flashlight filled minutes. Cursed PG&E and their quick response times.
