I want headlamp for reading,
here are the requirements:
- all flood
- warm white
- usb-c rechargable
- preferably lightweight

Take a look at what Sofirn and Zebralight have. Meeting all of your requirements may be near impossible without a bit of modification.
Sofirn Hs10 in 4000k, with a bit of dc fix on the lens would be my choice, if the USBc charging is key.

buy the 2700K model for Warm White, be sure to buy with battery:

Acebeam H16 comes close. Comes with option of 5000K neutral white high c.r.i. Nichia 519A l.e.d. All flood beam, usb-c charging (on battery), and lightweight using 1 14500 battery.

Sofirn 2700K just came, it's perfect! Thanks guys!

UI tip:
from On, 4 fast clics switches to a Smooth Ramping mode that lets me fine tune the output to get between medium and low.. (instead of 3 Step Ramping).

Enjoy whichever mode changing style you prefer ;-)..
Im on Team Smooth all the way!.. lol

fwiw, I do not install the pocket clip, it interferes with getting the light into the headband.. I just leave it in the headband all the time.. could be nice if there was a clip that worked like this:

I will ask the OP of that image

They don't make 2700K anymore, do they? Or Do I have to wait for the restock? It is an awesome lamp I use it almost every day and I was thinking about getting a backup. Is there anything similar?

Is there anything similar?
Skilhunt H150 offers 3000K LED
if you study the output table at that link you will see it has lower modes on AA than LiIon
I like to use AA Eneloop

It has built in charging for LiIon (but I dont use LiIon with this light), using a propritetary magnetic cable, or you can choose to buy the BL113-C LiIon battery they offer, which has built in USB-C charging on the LiIon Battery

H150 is an excellent AA/14500 light imo, although it costs over 3x more than HS10.
You are correct HS10 is no longer available in 2700K

Which one did you get? The Sofirn HS10, 2700K? They don't make that version anymore, not that I could find.

Some similar options would be the Emisar DW3AA (14500).

Or the bigger DW4 (18650), but with an 18350 body (optional extra).

I got a DW4K (21700 model), E21A 2000K as my own bedreading lamp, and I absolutely love it!
